- Payment
- Payment is via paypal. You can use paypal to pay by credit/debit card (this does not require a paypal account).
- Returns
- If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me via e-mail. You can return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please note postage costs will only be reimbursed if the item you receive is faulty or damaged.
- Postage and Packing
- Our prices do not include postage and packaging, this is calculated during the checking out process. Packages within the UK are sent out 1st class, whilst overseas packages are sent out by Airmail (small packets).
- Delivery Times
- We aim to post all orders within 5 working days of receiving the pay pal invoice email.
- Privacy Policy
- It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the order form. The information on the order form is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
